1. Provider, scope and agreement
BiteFight Ruins Bridge is supplied under the team name Master Extensions Team (“we”, “us”). Contact [email protected] or the contact form. These Terms govern use of the extension and the license/account-linking service. The Privacy Policy explains data processing.
Review these Terms before activating a trial or purchasing. The checkout acknowledgement indicates your agreement to the Terms presented there; acknowledging the Privacy Policy is notice of its contents, not consent to all possible processing. A paid contract is formed when the accepted order/payment is confirmed. You may stop using and uninstall the extension at any time; cancel recurring billing separately.
The checkout’s specific plan, billing interval, total and clearly stated offer conditions form part of your order. Mandatory consumer rights override conflicting provisions. These Terms do not govern your separate contract with Gameforge or independently offered third-party services.
2. What Bridge does and its limits
Bridge reads data from supported pages you open, passes relevant Ruins information to Ruins Helper, displays search results and fills a chosen formation in the game. You manually initiate battles. Optional automatic search on entering a layer automates a simulator search, not game combat or recruitment.
Formation estimates and recalled historical victories are decision aids. They depend on available data, simulator assumptions, settings and changes in the game. They do not guarantee a victory, exact losses, rewards, a particular search time or optimal performance.
Bridge is an independent community tool, not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Gameforge. We cannot guarantee that it is undetectable, permitted under every game rule, or free from account sanctions. You must check the game’s rules and any authorization required for your use. A statement that the extension does not itself make direct game API requests is not a guarantee of invisibility or immunity.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be at least 16 and meet applicable legal and game age requirements. A paid subscription requires legal capacity or valid parental/guardian authorization. Use only accounts you control or are authorized to use; you remain responsible for the decision to apply a formation and start a battle.
Dynamic Lab and Test Bench are features of the Ruins Helper website reserved for paid Max users with the Bridge extension installed and enabled and a verified lobby identity. Pro and trial access do not include these tools. Access depends on successful license and session checks; the public simulator remains separately available. Cancellation does not remove an entitlement while the payment provider still confirms paid access for the remaining period.
Provide an accurate license email and keep access to it. Protect your browser, email and magic links. Do not share a license/session credential, impersonate another account owner, or add a secondary email without authorization. Tell us promptly about a suspected compromised license.
4. Pro, Max and account limits
Pro and its trial cover one primary BiteFight lobby email. Pro allows the first displayed formation to be applied, includes local background battle recording and compatible verified-formation reuse, and includes the other features identified as Pro in the current plan description. Browsing Ruins Ledger remains a Max feature. Max includes Pro plus its advertised additional features and supports the primary email and up to two secondary lobby emails: three email identities in total.
The primary license email is the email used for your license/payment account. To unlock the game features, the signed-in lobby email must match the primary address or an eligible secondary address. “Account” here means a lobby email identity; it is not a promise to create, transfer or authorize game accounts.
Secondary addresses are managed in License & subscription while an eligible Max subscription is active. A user-added secondary address can be removed only after five days from its addition. A secondary address can be linked to only one primary license at a time. A downgrade or expiry can remove entitlement to Max-only features and secondary identities. Reinstalling or changing browser does not create a new license; restore the existing license with a magic link and verify the relevant lobby email.
Primary email changes require support and proportionate ownership checks. Buying another plan is not a way to silently transfer an existing license to someone else. We may refuse a change that would enable fraud or unauthorized account access, while respecting applicable rights.
5. Seven-day Pro trial
An eligible account may activate a seven-day Pro trial through email confirmation. The recorded start/end time and status returned by the license service determine its availability. Max has no free trial. A mismatch with the lobby email blocks access but does not pause or extend the trial clock.
Starting the trial alone does not authorize a paid recurring charge. Paid access requires a separate checkout. You can purchase Pro or Max before the trial ends; the paid interval and charge begin according to the checkout/order confirmation, not an assumed continuation of unused trial time.
You may not cycle through addresses or installations to obtain repeated trials contrary to the offer. If a trial cannot be restored, use the trial-account sign-in option or contact support; a reinstall is not a new entitlement.
6. Prices, renewals and payment
Paid plans recur monthly or yearly as selected. Review the total price, currency, taxes, renewal interval and any promotion before confirming payment. Prices and illustrative savings shown elsewhere are not a substitute for the actual checkout total; a displayed discount is not a promise that its reference price will remain unchanged.
By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout until cancellation. Charges are handled through ExtensionPay and Stripe. Taxes apply as shown at checkout; your bank may add conversion or other fees under its own contract. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller; using a payment processor does not transfer every tax or consumer obligation to it.
Renewal dates, cancellation status and access periods follow the confirmed subscription record. We will give notice of a future price or material renewal change where required, with the opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. We do not retroactively change the agreed price for an already-paid period.
A failed, reversed or disputed payment may affect paid access. We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or reconcile a payment, and will provide an opportunity to clarify genuine errors. This does not remove your right to dispute an unauthorized charge.
7. Cancellation and plan changes
Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your paid subscription. Open Manage Subscription in the extension popup to access the authenticated payment and subscription-management page and cancel future renewal. If Bridge has already been uninstalled, reinstall it, restore your paid license with the email used for payment and the magic link, then open Manage Subscription. If that flow is unavailable, contact support. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and allows access until the paid period ends, subject to the subscription record, refunds and lawful early termination. Check the cancellation confirmation.
Logging out, removing a linked email, closing the browser or uninstalling does not cancel recurring billing. Cancel before the next renewal; if the portal fails, contact us promptly with the license email and relevant receipt details.
To change a paid plan or billing interval, cancel renewal in Manage Subscription and wait until the current paid subscription expires before selecting a new plan. Access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to the subscription record and the other cancellation conditions above. The new plan, price, charge and renewal date must be confirmed in the checkout flow. Do not assume that selecting another plan changes or cancels an existing subscription; contact support if the confirmation is unclear.
8. Withdrawal, refunds and consumer remedies
If you are an EU/EEA consumer and the applicable law grants a distance-contract withdrawal right, you generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Local law may provide additional rights. Contact us with an unambiguous withdrawal statement; you do not have to use a particular form or contact the payment processor first.
The general checkout checkboxes do not waive a statutory withdrawal right. Any lawful exception for immediately supplied digital content or fully performed services requires the specific information, express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law. Merely installing, using the trial or ticking our Terms checkbox does not establish those conditions.
Where a right to withdraw applies, we refund amounts due within the statutory period, normally within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise and without a refund fee. Any proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal applies only if the legal conditions are met.
You retain mandatory remedies for non-supply or non-conforming digital content/services, including correction, proportionate price reduction or termination/refund where available. Contact us about duplicate or unauthorized charges or a material service failure. Ordinary cancellation after a paid period has begun does not by itself promise a prorated refund, but does not override statutory rights or a specific refund promise.
Optional withdrawal statement: “I withdraw from my subscription for BiteFight Ruins Bridge. License email: ____. Order/payment date: ____. Order reference, if available: ____. My name and notification date: ____.” Send it to [email protected] or through the contact form. Never include full card details.
9. Software license and intellectual property
Subject to the trial or subscription entitlement, we grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to install and use our original extension code for its intended purpose on browsers you control, within the plan’s email limits. Ownership of that original code and protected original materials is not transferred.
Except where mandatory law or an applicable third-party license permits it, you may not resell or redistribute our proprietary code, strip ownership notices, bypass entitlement checks, create unauthorized paid copies, or use credentials to supply access to other people. These restrictions do not prohibit lawful interoperability, security research or rights independently granted by open-source licenses.
Third-party components have their own licenses, which prevail for those components. The package includes COPYRIGHT.txt, LICENSE.txt and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt with attribution and license information. Gameforge owns its game names and artwork; we do not grant rights to those assets or claim ownership of them. AI-assisted artwork is protected only to the extent applicable law and relevant rights allow.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not use Bridge to access accounts without authorization, steal credentials, evade another user’s license protections or unlawfully process another person’s data.
- Do not interfere with the account API, send abusive automated requests, distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the simulator or payment services.
- Do not present Bridge as an official Gameforge product or claim that a purchase authorizes conduct prohibited by the game’s rules.
11. Compatibility, updates and suspension
Bridge requires a supported browser, permissions and compatible game, helper and license-service pages. Gameforge, browsers or external services may change their interfaces or availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent access after a subscription ends, or identical operation in unsupported environments.
We will provide updates and remedies required by applicable law and take reasonable steps to address material issues. Necessary maintenance or urgent security measures may temporarily interrupt access. A permanent discontinuation or a material reduction of a paid service will be handled with the notices and remedies required by law.
We may suspend access for a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal obligation. Where feasible we explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it; urgent protective action may come first. Suspension must be proportionate and does not remove mandatory refund, complaint or consumer rights.
12. Warranties and responsibility
Subject to mandatory law and our express commitments, the software and estimates are supplied as available without an additional guarantee of a specific game outcome, perfect accuracy, invisibility or uninterrupted operation. You should verify inputs and the filled formation before manually starting a battle.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by incorrect user inputs, unauthorized account sharing, an independently controlled third-party action or failure to follow reasonable compatibility/security instructions. We are not responsible for unforeseeable indirect losses or loss of business profit from personal use.
For business users only, and where enforceable, aggregate liability for ordinary negligence under these Terms is limited to fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event. No limitation excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory data-protection liability, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers retain all mandatory rights and remedies; this section cannot excuse our failure to supply conforming paid services.
13. Complaints, applicable law and changes
Contact support with the issue, relevant order information and desired resolution. We aim to resolve disputes directly, but doing so is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules; consumers retain the mandatory protections and competent courts available in their place of habitual residence. There is no mandatory arbitration or waiver of those rights.
A dated revision may apply to future orders. For an ongoing subscription, we will give appropriate notice of material changes and any legally required option to reject or end the contract. Material new obligations are not accepted merely because a document was edited. Invalid wording is limited or severed only to the extent law permits; the rest applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections.
These Terms are provided in English. Mandatory consumer law and the terms actually presented with your order govern interpretation; the document language does not remove protections available in your country.
